OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help business owners navigate critical growth moments and maximise value by delivering strategic advice and hands-on support across acquisitions, exits, capital raising and business expansions.
We believe that SMEs are critical to a flourishing community. SMEs are the ones who sponsor local sports clubs, dance recitals, school events and make our communities work. We also believe that many SME founders and operators never unlock the full potential of their SME. We are here to change that by walking side by side with founders and financial sponsors to unlock potential, increase value, improve community and have a positive influence on all involved. Managing Director
Self confessed deal nerd and small-business owner including Chief Executive Partner of Frank Law. James is married and has 4 young kids and a chocolate lab. Enjoys batch coffee. Spends time with his family and at church while not working.
Andrea Harrold
Senior Associate
Andrea is a lawyer with background in corporate & commerical law as well as civil litigation. Married with two young boys, she enjoys a hot cup of tea, volunteering at church and eating (durian included).
Reggie Sharma
Associate Director | Strategy & Technology
Reggie partners with clients to identify, leverage and scale their unique competitive advantages, transforming them into engines of strategic growth. He has global experience across strategy, technology, product and consulting. Outside of work, Reggie enjoys quality time with his wife and their beloved dog, Bella. He is also a passionate advocate for supporting disadvantaged children through education and technology.
