Our mission is to help business owners navigate critical growth moments and maximise value by delivering strategic advice and hands-on support across acquisitions, exits, capital raising and business expansions.

We believe that SMEs are critical to a flourishing community. SMEs are the ones who sponsor local sports clubs, dance recitals, school events and make our communities work. We also believe that many SME founders and operators never unlock the full potential of their SME. We are here to change that by walking side by side with founders and financial sponsors to unlock potential, increase value, improve community and have a positive influence on all involved. James Frank

Managing Director

James helps founders build, scale, protect, and exit their businesses on their terms. A self-proclaimed deal-nerd and acquisition aficionado; he likes to see cubes where others see squares, spotting opportunities where others see obstacles. As our Chief Executive Partner, James oversees the firm's growth and development and brings a rare mix of legal expertise, corporate insight and practical execution. He's passionate about giving small business owners the tools, frameworks and perspective to not just manage what they have, but seize what is possible.

Reggie Sharma

Director | Technology & Strategy

Reggie partners with clients to identify, leverage and scale their unique competitive advantages, transforming them into engines of strategic growth. He has global experience across strategy, technology, product and consulting. Outside of work, Reggie enjoys quality time with his wife and their beloved dog, Bella. He is also a passionate advocate for supporting disadvantaged children through education and technology.

Andrea Harrold

Associate Director

Andrea supports clients at critical moments of growth, capital raising and transaction activity. She plays a central role in helping businesses clearly articulate their strategy, position themselves for investment, and connect with the right investors and buyers. Working at the intersection of advisory and law, Andrea advises on deal structuring and transaction readiness. She draws on her legal background to support strong commercial outcomes and manage complexity throughout the transaction process. She is known for her clear thinking, commercial mindset and ability to translate strategy into well-structured, investor-ready propositions. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of New South Wales and has been part of The Frank Group since 2015.

Alex Philippe

Associate Director | Corporate Finance

Alex brings years' experience in audit, accounting, and commercial finance to the Frank Advisory team. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she began her career at KPMG before moving into senior commercial roles, supporting businesses through challenging market conditions, including the GFC. She specialises in financial modelling, forecasting, cash flow management, and management reporting, with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights. At Frank Advisory, Alex leads corporate finance engagements, managing M&A transactions, delivering forecasting and reporting, and building financial models that support growth, acquisitions, and strategic decision-making.

Travis Rowley

Deal Origination & Strategy

Travis builds acquisition platforms for industrial operators (the kind that actually work). Before joining Frank Advisory, he was a searcher looking to buy businesses. He's built, scaled, and exited his own e-commerce company and worked across construction and logistics management. That means he knows what it's actually like to try scaling operations without everything falling apart. Now he helps clients execute go-to-market strategies and turn growth objectives into systematic processes. Whether that's designing AI-powered lead qualification, building integration roadmaps for legacy systems, or creating frameworks for confident acquisitions, Travis makes complex things simple. His focus: automate what should be automated, preserve what's working, and help clients deliver without burning cash or customers.

Tamara Brcic

Marketing Manager

Tamara is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s marketing strategy. She brings skills from her diverse background in both in-house and agency roles, with experience spanning B2B services, mining, financial services, and consumer technology. A marketing generalist by nature, Tamara is driven by good strategy and enjoys working across both traditional and digital channels to build brands, launch initiatives, and drive growth. She has a particular passion for B2B and service-based marketing, where clear positioning and thoughtful storytelling make the biggest impact.
